Site Changes, and More to Come.

I understand that my site looks quite crappy as of now. But please hang in there, I have some major changes planed. The only thing I need is the know-how to put them in.
This is one of the changes recently put into place. I think it's called a "post teaser" or something. It's where you have to click the "read more" link on the main page to read the full article. Other desired changes are in a previous post. Any feedback or help in that will be greatly appreciated. Maybe we might even be able to work out a good link or something to generate more traffic to your site. I'm up for whatever.
