Don't Talk and Drive...or Can You?

Travel much? Use the cell no matter where you are? Well, depending on what state you are currently traveling through/visiting, you might be breaking the law.

Every state or country has different laws. Yeah, duh. But every state/country also has different laws for the use of cell phones while driving. You may know what your state's position on the law is already, but does your friend visiting from Maryland know that their might be a hefty fine if he/she is busted for talking on the cell while driving?
